How much will it cost?

Your APIL accredited lawyer will usually charge nothing for an initial consultation. At this meeting, you will find out whether you have a case for compensation and be told if there will be a cost to you should you choose to pursue that claim.

There are a number of ways in which legal advice can be funded and your APIL accredited lawyer will advise on the most appropriate way for you.

Do I have a claim?

You can only claim compensation when it can be proved that you have been injured due to someone else’s negligence. If you think you may have a case for compensation, you should contact an APIL lawyer who will give you honest and impartial advice.

For details of APIL accredited lawyers in your area, telephone APIL on 0870 609 1958, email: mail@apil.com or use the APIL lawyer search at the top of this page.
