APIL Manifesto     Get Involved

We always welcome input from our members and have found this a great help in the past, particularly with our campaign on the small claims court. If you would like any more information on our current campaigns, or how you can get involved and help us fight for the rights of injured people, please contact Russell Whiting, parliamentary officer on 0115 938 8727 or by clicking here.

APIL members can read more about our campaign activity in the membership publications.

Third party capture campaign cards

APIL has sent a special campaign postcard to parliamentarians throughout the United Kingdom this week alerting them to the potential risks posed to their constituents by insurers using dubious tactics to under-settle claims.

The cards will be followed by offers of meetings and further briefings, and APIL is seeking to table an early day motion to raise awareness of the ongoing campaign. View campaign postcard.
