You will be eligible for automatic accreditation at litigator level if you are a member of:
Law Society Personal Injury Panel
You will be eligible for automatic accreditation at senior litigator level if you are a member of:
Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel
Law Society Scotland Accredited Personal Injury Specialist Panel
Law Society Scotland Accredited Medical Negligence Specialist Panel
AvMA Panel
If you wish to become accredited without having to complete the relevant application form all you need to do is inform APIL which of the above panels you are a member of and that you agree to gain the annual, APIL accredited, 16 CPD hour requirement and we will process this without the relevant application.
