About Ben Pepper

I am a Senior Associate in the Complex Injury department at serious injury firm, Bolt Burdon Kemp.

Since qualifying in September 2013, I have specialised in accident claims, particularly those involving road crashes and accidents at work. I have represented both adults and children, all of whom have suffered life-changing injuries. I have a keen interest in acting for those who have sustained multiple orthopaedic injuries and amputations. I also handle fatal accident claims.

I am an accredited Senior Litigator with APIL. I am also the Co-ordinator of APIL's Transport special interest group. Whilst I am based in London, I often act for people based across the country and abroad.

I am a firm believer in putting wrongs right for injured people. I am passionate about obtaining compensation for innocent victims of accidents to help rebuild their lives.
