About Edward Lewis

I specialise in Claimant multi-track personal injury and clinical negligence claims.  I have many years of experience dealing with all areas of personal injury and clinical negligence including recently working on the Grenfell Tower Fire Disaster multi-party litigation.

I also have experience of of having worked for defendant clinical negligence insurers/solicitors at NHS Resolution and their panel firm, Browne Jacobson, the Ministry of Defence defending military clinical negligence claims and also Medical Protection Society - which has given me insight into how defendants work to resolve claims which greatly assists me in helping advise clients when needed about tactics during the conduct of a claim. 

I was also until May 2018 President of Kent Law Society which has allowed me to argue the case for Claimants with politicians and judges, the Law Society and the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority in dealing with the current reforms the Ministry of Justice is pursuing to change the way injury claims are brought in future.
