I am an Associate Solicitor in the Serious Injury (Neuro trauma) department at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors in Leeds. I specialise in Brain and Spinal injury for adults and children.
My aim is to obtain early interim payments, rehabilitation and care as soon as possible and ultimately to maximise the final award of compensation to enable the injured person and their family to be as independent as possible and achieve the best quality of life possible.
I have over 20 years’ experience working in serious personal injury litigation with a broad range of accidents, including road traffic, motor bike, cycling, horse riding and accidents in the course of employment.
I have run one case to the Court of Appeal which resulted in a settlement that secured my client for the rest of his life after many years of contested litigation. My largest settlement to date is £10,000,000 for a tetra plegic brain injured client.
Above all I am passionate and enjoy what I do. I genuinely care about the people I represent.
