I have been employed by regional law firms for over 30 years, working only in civil litigation departments. I have practised in all areas of personal injury throughout that time gradually working exclusively in this area of law. My caseload is primarily clinical negligence but I also handle road and employment accident cases as well as industrial disease cases.
