I have been a Personal Injury specialist since I qualified as a solicitor in 1984. I deal with most types of claims including brain, paraplegic and fatal injuries. My caseload includes serious and complex claims arising from Workplace, Road Traffic and Public Liability claims as well as Criminal Injuries and Industrial Disease claims.

I am the Head of Taylor and Emmet's Personal Injury Department and have been at the firm for over 35 years.

I am a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and an APIL Senior Litigator.

Having lived in Sheffield for over 55 years, I have extensive local knowledge and enjoy meeting with and acting for people from all over South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.

Taylor and Emmet has five offices including two in Derbyshire and I am happy to see clients at any of them or at home or elsewhere by appointment.

We try and ensure that our clients receive the best possible service including the same person representing them from the start of their claim to the end and, hopefully, establish a good, friendly working relationship. I prefer to meet with clients in person as that usually helps us to represent them more effectively.
