About Juanita Cumberland

I am a medical negligence solicitor in the London office of Irwin Mitchell.

My clients are patients who have suffered as a result of negligence by doctors and hospitals. I take pride in providing my clients with an excellent standard of service, and maximising their compensation. 

I am an APIL accredited Senior Litigator.  I am on the specialist medical negligence panels of the Law Society and Action against Medical Accidents ("AvMA").

I worked for ("AvMA"), which inspired me to qualify as a lawyer and pursue career acting for patients who have suffered as a result of negligence by doctors and hospitals.

I enjoy driving cases forward and obtaining excellent results for clients.

I enjoy current affairs, cooking and going to the gym.

I am a governor of a local-authority-maintained Community School for young people aged 11 – 19 with severe and complex learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
