About Kevin Grealis
Kevin specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence litigation involving severe brain injury, severe spinal cord injury, child injury claims and fatal accident claims.
With more than 25 years of experience, Kevin was ranked in Band 1 of Chambers (2010) and described as an "all round personal injury and clinical negligence specialist" by that publication. Chambers 2013 comment that Kevin is "held in high regard" by fellow practitioners. The Legal 500 2013 describes Kevin as "meticulous" with a "great eye for detail."
In recent years Kevin has concentrated on building a team of lawyers dealing with “cross-over” cases where there has been an accident or assault which has then been complicated by medical treatment and there are often multiple defendants involved. This is very different from most other solicitors even those solicitors that specialise in a combination of personal injury and clinical negligence; they will have cases where they have a personal injury claim (for example a road traffic accident case) and a separate caseload of clinical negligence cases (for example cerebral palsy clients) but not cases which feature both. Kevin recently had an article published in “Clinical Risk” entitled “the Double Whammy” in which he explained in more detail the work that his team do.
Kevin is a former Chairman of the APIL Clinical Negligence Special Interest Group, the Brain Injuries Special Interest Group and the Child Special Interest Group.
Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine; Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury
Law Society Civil Litigation Group.

Kevin was born in 1963, educated at St. Illtyd`s College Cardiff and University College of Wales, Aberystwyth.
