I am an APIL accredited Asbestos Disease Specialist who has been dealing with asbestos related compensation claims for over 20 years. My asbestos disease work has only ever been on the side of assisting asbestos disease victims and their families - out of principle I have always refused to work in any law firm that fights against victims bringing asbestos disease claims or who defends such claims on behalf of insurance companies or employers. I am passionate about my work and I have a wealth of knowledge about how people were exposed to asbestos dust across many industries and geographical areas. I am a Partner within Hodge Jones & Allen LLP and work exclusively within its Asbestos Disease Team.
