About Melanie J Minter
I have conducted clincial negligence cases since the early 1990s and specialise in catastrophic injury cases, cerebral palsy and other brain injury cases and other complex cases. I have conducted most types of clincial negligence claims such as surgical , cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, cases where there has been an amputation, birth injury cases. I have been on the avma referral panel and the Law Society clinical negligence panel for over 20 years.
I work closely with my clients to meet their goals in the case and am used to advising clients in very sensitive and emotional situations. I like to find practical solutions for clients to match their needs and objectives.
I trained as a nurse (RGN) at St Bartholomew's Hospital, London and worked on ITU for some of that time.
I am married with a daughter; I love music, most sport and cycling - in 2018 I cycled from Lands End to John O'Groats.
