About Rachael Aram
Rachael is a partner in the Serious Injury team at Irwin Mitchell LLP's Head Office in Sheffield. She manages a team of serious injury lawyers and specialises in assisting clients who have sustained adult brain injury and/or spinal cord injury.
She is dedicated to ensuring that clients who have sustained such permanent and life-altering injuries through no fault of their own, receive appropriate and enabling rehabilitation to promote their independence wherever possible.
Rachael has extensive experience in securing significant interim payments for the purpose of providing adapted accommodation, and rehabilitation and care packages.
Rachael is a Fellow of APIL and is specialist accredited for both Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury. She is a Specialist Assessor for candidates wishing to apply for specialist accreditation in either Brain Injury or Spinal Cord Injury with APIL.
