About Ross McWilliams
I am a Senior Associate solicitor in the Irwin Mitchell Medical Negligence team in Leeds.
I regularly deal with claims involving a wide range of conditions and injuries including birth injuries (cerebral palsy), spinal injuries, delays in diagnosis of cancer, sepsis, substandard abdominal and orthopaedic surgery, amputations and claims involving pressure sores.
I have experience acting in fatal cases arising from medical negligence and assisting families with the inquest process.
