About Sofie Toft

I am a Senior Associate Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell specialising at high value complex personal injury litigation. I represent people who have suffered brain and spinal cord injury, amputation or complex orthopaedic injuries. I also represent the families in the event of a fatal accident. I am a APIL accredited Senior Litigator and Brain Injury Specialist. The focus of my work is to ensure that my clients have access to rehabilitation and support so that they might work towards independence, a return to work and allow them to resume their previous lives as far as possible. 

In my own time I am a Trustee of the charity, Ealing Mencap, supporting children and adults with learning disability in the London Borough of Ealing.
