Lawyers are supported by paralegals, the word processing team and other office services personnel. Typically a lawyer will work on a one-to-one basis with a paralegal, who will provide their administrative support as well as undertaking some chargeable work.
Details of main duties To have conduct of:-
UK injury claims arising out of air accidents
PI cases with an international element,
occasional assistance to the international aviation claims team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong claimant background in handling serious and fatal injury claims, including weighty High Court litigation. Experience in aviation accidents and travel law would be advantageous, although not essential. It is envisaged that the solicitor will have lead conduct of some of the cases and on others work closely as part of a team with Julian or James, one of whom will be supervising partner for all cases.

We are looking for exceptional candidates only. The candidate must have very strong academics, excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for their work and really be “going places” in their field.
