PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR UP TO £50,000
(London)

Ashby Langley

We require an experienced personal injury solicitor with litigation experience. Applicants must be qualified solicitors with at least 3 years PQE.

You would be required to handle the following areas: -
- accidents at work
- slips/trips
- accidents abroad
- claims arising from public liability
- sport injuries
- disasters
- industrial diseases
- brain/spinal injuries
- professional negligence
- road accidents.

MUST HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN TERMS OF BILLING.

COMPETENCES
  • Financial – active involvement in the delivery of the annual budget through the generation of fee income and ongoing monitoring of expenditure.
  • Quality and Client Service – to regularly monitor and actively manage the standard and quality of work produced. To actively manage and develop customer relationships with clients. Coordinating and supporting the efforts of the team/division.
  • Personal/Professional – to actively seek self-development in professional qualifications and personal continuous professional development techniques.
Must possess a university degree in laws.
