Multi Track Fee Earner/Solicitor
(Wakefield)

Salary: Attractive Salary + Bonus

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week)
The Role
Minster Law receive high quality instructions from a number of sources where clients have suffered serious injuries, including spinal, brain injury and orthopaedic injuries. The team also deals with all Fatal Accident claims, including attendance at inquests.
In order to succeed in this role you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of Multi-track personal injury claims. You must possess sound technical knowledge and excellent negotiation skills along with a strong desire to achieve. We would prefer someone who is already an accredited member of the PI panel or someone who meets the membership criteria.
You will manage a portfolio of cases along with an assistant and be responsible for ensuring a good quality service is provided to all our clients and financial performance targets are achieved.
Key Skills and Experience
• Fully Qualified Solicitor (desirable but not essential)
• Accredited PI panel membership (desirable not essential)
• Proven track record of handling Multi Track Personal Injury claims handling
• Excellent technical skills
• Ability and experience in costs negotiation
