Peter Jack, APIL's co-ordinator for Northern Ireland, helped the Olympic torch on its journey around the UK this week as he carried it over the world famous Giant’s Causeway.
Peter was nominated by his son and his local Rotary club because of his extensive charity fundraising feats, including completion of ten Ironman triathlons.
“To be nominated to carry the Olympic torch was such an honour, and the amount of public interest and media coverage was incredible”, said Peter.
