Patrick is a partner in the Serious Injury division of Pannone and specialises in Industrial Disease compensation claims including mesothelioma claims, asbestos related lung cancer cases, asbestosis, bladder cancer and asthma claims. He acts for individuals and their families in disease compensation claims against employers, local authorities and other polluters including factory occupiers.

Patrick has acted in a number of landmark cases for victims of asbestos disease and other occupational diseases. Cases include Fox from the Fairchild group, Maguire v Harland and Woolf, Hall v British gas and Smith v Wright & Beyer.

Patrick is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme (Law Society Personal Injury Panel).
