Ruth Davies is a Partner and Solicitor with John Pickering and Partners LLP in Halifax. 

Ruth is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and a member of the Law Society Accredited Personal Injury panel.  She specialises in asbestos disease claims and was the solicitor in the 2011 Supreme Court case Dianne Willmore –v- Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council also known as Sienkiewicz.  She was one of the solicitors involved in the pleural plaques litigation.
