About Natasha Fairs

Natasha is an associate solicitor in the serious injury and child abuse team in Irwin Mitchell’s London office.  She has a varied case load specialising in claims following accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public liability and child abuse.

Natasha brings claims against employers following injuries at work due to negligence and breaches of statutory duty. She specialises in claims following falls from height, manual handing or injuries caused by defective work equipment. She mainly represent clients with serious orthopaedic injuries and amputations.

Natasha also represent adult clients in claims against individual abusers and following abuse whilst at school, in children's homes and in the care of the local authority. She has experience in representing children in civil claims against local authorities where they were found to have been negligent after failing to remove children from their parent’s care after a catalogue of incidents of concern.

In addition to achieving significant settlements Natasha is passionate about rehabilitation and ensures it is considered at the earliest opportunity to improve the client’s quality of life through the claim.

Natasha is accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as a senior litigator. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme and a member of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers (ACAL).
