About Dominic Riley

I work for Irwin Mitchell LLP in their Work Place Illness Department. I am based in Leeds but help clients throughout Yorkshire. I specialise in representing clients who have been exposed to a toxic substance at work. This includes asbestos related diseases, such as asbestosis, diffuse pleural thickening, lung cancer and mesothelioma. I also represent clients with a range of other industrial diseases such as silicosis, COPD, HAVS, dermatitis and asthma. I am an APIL accredited senior litigator. I am also an APIL accredited Asbestos and Occupational Disease Specialist. 

I wanted to become a solicitor because I wanted a career that was interesting, varied, and allowed me to give something back to society. Away from the office I love the outdoors. I am a passionate hiker, having completed some long distance walks such as the Coast to Coast. I am involved in climbing and bouldering and have tried my hand at kayaking.
