Natalia is Partner and Head of Personal Injury at Astrom Legal and an experienced litigator in these areas.
Her professional career started in 2008 when she joined the personal injury department of Irwin Mitchell Abogados in Spain. She then moved to Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados in 2013.
In 2023, Natalia founded Astrom Legal SLP a Personal Injury specialized firm based in Málaga and Zaragoza.
In her more than 15 years of experience representing clients in Spanish and international tort claims, she has acted in different areas such as travel related claims, clinical negligence, aviation, product liability and industrial illness.
She is the representative for Spain for the General Board of PEOPIL (Pan European Personal Injury Lawyers) and member of the Spanish Association of Expert Lawyers in Tort Law and Insurance (Asociación Española de Abogados Especializados en Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro). She is also a member of the American Association of Justice and the Spanish Association of Expert Lawyers in Tort Law and Insurance (Asociación Española de Abogados Especializados en Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro) as well as APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
She is regularly instructed as an expert in Spanish Law and has extensive experience in holiday claims resulting from accidents abroad involving hotels and tour operators as well as claims against public bodies such as local authorities and hospitals.

Academic Education:
Natalia graduated in Law from the Universities of Málaga and Regensburg (Germany) and is specialized in Tort Law and Personal Injury as well as Tourism Law.
She has also participated in several courses in the medico legal field and in different educational programs from universities, law bars and personal injury organisations, both in Spain and internationally, on product liability, aviation, European regulations and road traffic accidents.
