In this talk, Liz Makin (who was a claimant personal injury solicitor for over 25 years and is now the development officer with StanleySmith Case Management) will talk about the law, guidance and practical points surrounding clinical case management and how to use it to improve client service. 

She will be joined by clinical case managers Nikki Smith and Heidi Stanley, who each have over seventeen years’ experience in this relatively new profession, who will explain their passion for case management and the difference it makes for clients.
