I assist clients who have suffered a medical accident by investigating what happened, obtain answers for them, apologies and compensation for their injuries. I represent Claimants in all areas of clinical negligence including fatal cases, care of the elderly, surgery and birth injuries.

Having qualified as a physiotherapist I specialised in clinical negligence from the outset of my legal training in 2000, qualifying in 2002. I worked for Irwin Mitchell in Birmingham and was appointed an associate in 2006. I joined Alsters Kelley in 2010 as head of the clinical negligence team and moved to the Medical Accident Group at Harrison Clark Rickerbys in 2013. I am a partner within a large clinical negligence team and work with less experienced solicitors and trainees to assist them in their development.

The largest settlement I have achieved to date is £4.95 million. In the past 3 years I have secured a further £3.6 million in damages for my clients. I have achieved panel member status of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme and Senior Litigator status with APIL.
