About Andrew Middlehurst
Andrew is an Associate Solicitor in the Personal Injury Department at Osbornes Law. A significant proportion of Andrew’s caseload involves handling cycling accident claims. Andrew has also gained considerable experience acting for claimants in employers' liability, public liability, and general road traffic accident claims.
Andrew is involved in representing clients in a number of cases involving e-scooters and has previously been invited to speak about the law relating to e-scooters on BBC Radio 4.
Andrew has been named as a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 for personal injury since 2022. He has been earmarked in the same directory as a 'Rising Star' in consecutive years.
He is an accredited Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Personal: Andrew is originally from north west England and currently lives on the border of Surrey and West Sussex. He travels to see clients in both counties and beyond. His office is based in London, but he acts for injured individuals anywhere in the country.
