About Anne Kavanagh
I specialise in medical negligence, acting on behalf of parents of children with cerebral palsy, spinal-cord injured patients following negligent or delayed surgery and I have particular expertise in cases involving medical negligence in fertility and reproductive injury. I acted for the claimant in the landmark Supreme Court case of XX v Whittington Hospital NHS Trust, where donor egg and surrogacy costs were allowed following delayed diagnosis of cervical cancer.
