About Auriana Griffiths
I am head of Irwin Mitchell London's medical negligence department. I speacialise in complex and high value medical negligence cases. The majority of my cases relate to children with brain damage resulting from birth injuries including birth asphyxia, neonatal hypoglycaemia and incorrect managment of jaundice. In addition, I regularly handle wrongful birth cases. I am passionate about getting early liability decisions to secure interim payments thereaby enabling care packages to be put in place and equipment to be purchased as early as possible.
