About Ben Pepper

I am a Senior Associate in the Serious Personal Injury team at CL Medilaw. I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2013 and joined CL Medilaw from a London based firm in April 2025.

I specialise in complex personal injury claims, particularly those involving road traffic collisions and accidents at work. I act for both adults and children, all of whom have suffered life-changing injuries.

I have a great deal of experience in acting for individuals who have sustained multiple orthopaedic injuries and amputations. I also handle fatal claims. Since qualifying, I have secured many six and seven figure settlements for his clients.

I am an acredited Senior Litigator with APIL. I was also a Coordinator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) Transport Special Interest Group for 6 years. I arranged for speakers to present to APIL’s members on a variety of transport related topics. Also, as part of this role, I contributed to APIL’s responses to Government consultations on a variety of transport related issues.

I have delivered numerous training sessions to the Metropolitan Police on the subject of road collision investigations. The aim of these sessions was to emphasise the importance of the evidence captured by the police at the roadside when it comes to the outcome of personal injury claims.

In recent times, I have developed a keen interest in the development of the law surrounding the use of e-scooters in public places.

I am a firm believer in putting wrongs right for injured people. I am passionate about obtaining compensation for innocent victims to help rebuild their lives.
