About Beth Heath
Beth is a Partner at Lanyon Bowdler LLP and heads up the highly ranked Clinical Neglgience department.
Beth has a wide range of experience to include birth injury, spinal injury, delay in diagnosis of cancer, fatal claims and adult brain injury.
Since 2017, Beth has led the team managing a large number of maternity claims arising out of the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. As a member of the local community, Beth is extremely passionate about ensure maternity services for local women are safe and is pushing for meaningful change to the service.
Beth is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500 in their 2022 directory.
