Dawn is a partner and is head of the personal injury department. She specialises in catastrophic accidents claims, including brain injury compensation and spinal injury claims. She joined Lanyon Bowdler in 1997 but has acted for claimants in respect of personal injury for over 30 years. Her particular specialism is brain and spinal injured clients, together with those that have sustained serious multiple injuries achieving significant multi-million pound settlements. Dawn also has a specialist interest in amputation compensation cases as well as fatal claims. She has acquired an in-depth knowledge of Health & Safety work related accidents, including construction site injuries, especially working at heights.

Dawn is particularly committed to ensuring her clients achieve the best possible financial result by obtaining early funding for loss of earnings, care provision and access to specialist rehabilitation treatment. She also considers appropriate and accessible housing and adaptations as a priority.
