I am a Partner in the Serious Injury team specialising in brain injury and fatal accident claims arising out of road traffic crashes, accidents at work or in public places.  Many of my brain injured clients lack capacity and require a Litigation Friend and a Deputy.  My fatal accident practice includes high profile cases that frequently attrach media interest and involve accidents arising at work, on the road and in public or occupied premises.  I manage a team of 5 lawyers.  We champion early access to rehabilitation where appropriate and we strive to ensure that we secure early access to interim payments of damages wherever possible to enable our clients to have some peace of mind as they begin to come to terms with their life changing injury and/or loss.  I have concluded numerous cases in excess of £1m and in the last year, 1 in excess of £10m and 1 in excess of £20m, both on a lump sum basis.  I am accredited as a Senior Litigator and also hold Brain Injury Accreditation,  Fatal Accident Accreditation and I am also a Fatal Accident Accreditation Assessor.
