About Isobel Lovett
I am a Partner and Head of the Industrial Disease Department at Hodge Jones & Allen LLP.
For the past 27 years, I have specialised in representing individuals affected by mesothelioma and other asbestos diseases. I am passionate about supporting asbestos victims in obtaining compensation where they have been exposed to asbestos dust though someone else's negligence. I have knowledge of a large number of industries and products from which exposure has resulted. I am known for pursuing and winning more difficult, so called "low-level" exposure mesothelioma cases.
I also have experience of pursuing claims for other industrial diseases, including occupational cancers and silicosis.
