About Jessica Meadows
I am a Solicitor and I work as part of Irwin Mitchell’s Serious Injury team in Newcastle.
The Newcastle team represent individuals who have sustained spinal injuries or brain injuries as a result of an accident. I support the case handlers to run and progress their cases in order to obtain financial compensation for clients in relation to the injuries they have sustained. I assist with all aspects of the litigation including obtaining early interim payments which allow clients to access vital rehabilitation which will help improve their quality of life.
The reason I want to become a lawyer dealing specifically with serious injury claims is because I enjoy seeing the difference I make to our client’s lives. The clients I work with inspire me on a daily basis and this is something I very much want to continue to be a part of.
Irwin Mitchell is a firm which continuously adapts to meet and represent the needs of its clients and its lawyers strive to achieve the highest level of customer service for clients. This is something I am proud to be a part of now and eager to be a part of in the future.
I am also on the baord of Trustees for Headway Tyneside which is a really rewarding role and which allows me to connect with the local brain injury community.
In my social time I enjoy cooking, running and going to the gym. I am a keen gardener, owning two allotments where my partner and I grow lots of fruits and vegetables for family and friends. I also love long walks and picnics in the countryside.
I am an APIL accredited Litigator.
