About Jonathan Pidduck

Jonathan is a solicitor on the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel; a Senior Litigator with APIL; and has been on the Headway panel of approved head/brain injury solicitors since 2014. He has been practising law since 1984, and specialising in personal injury claims since 1986.

He is managing director of Girlings Personal Injury Claims, a company which deals solely with accident claims and medical negligence. His particular interests are acting for clients with brain injuries and for clients whose hypermobility syndromes (such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) have been exacerbated or triggered by an accident. He is also experienced in fatal accident claims, accidents on construction sites and acting for prison officers.
