About Jonathan Rees
Jon has apporaching 30 years of experience in personal injury litigation. He is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Jon's experience and expertise in helping people who have suffered life changing injuries is widely recognised.
He has a particular interest in helping spinal cord injured clients. Jon helps people obtain financial security and in enabling independence after life changing injuries caused in road traffic accidents, work place accidents and in public liability claims; as well as where life changing injury has arisen as a result of clinical negligence.
Jon has recovered well over £100m in compensation for seriously injured claimants.
Jon assists spinal cord injured and other very seriously injured clients all over the country from the Rugby office of Brethertons.
He is the Brethertons contact for the APIL/FOIL Guide To The Conduct Of Cases Involving Serious Injuries.
Jon has lectured widely on various aspects of the law, practice and procedure. He has also written a number of articles for publications such as the New Law Journal, the Personal Injury Law Journal, the International Travel Law Journal and others. Jon has contributed as a speaker on various TV and radio programmes.
