About Kate Milton

I specialise in serious injury claims and act for clients who have suffered life changing injuries.

I am an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

I am an Associate at Osbornes Law in the Personal Injury Department.  I have worked within the legal sector for over 25 years and I deal exclusively with claims on behalf of the injured party and cover a wide geographic area.  I also act for foreign clients.

I have a particular interest in serious motorbike accident claims and bicycle injury claims including fatal accidents, amputation cases, polytrauma, complex orthopaedic injuries, brain injury and chronic pain disorders, find out more.

My priority is to ensure that I can devote time and attention to each of my clients and provide a personal service.  I pride myself on being accessible and personable.  From experience, every injured client has his or her own specific needs and objectives and I strive to work with both the injured party and their family to achieve the best possible outcome.
