About Katie Lowe
I joined Irwin Mitchell in November 2018 as a newly-qualified Solicitor. I specialise in supporting clients who have suffered severe orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and psychiatric injuries, arising from road traffic accidents, workplace incidents, and public liability or occupiers' liability claims.
I am committed to securing the best possible outcomes for my clients, both in terms of compensation and their wider recovery. I take a proactive approach to progressing claims, with a particular focus on obtaining early admissions of liability, securing interim payments, and putting in place timely and appropriate rehabilitation to support my clients' recovery.
Alongside managing my own caseload, I also assist senior colleagues on high-value claims exceeding £1 million, contributing to complex and multi-faceted litigation.
I am an APIL accredited Senior Litigator.
I was promoted to Associate Solicitor in May 2024.
