About Lisa Fairclough
I am an Associate Solicitor in Irwin Mitchell's Serious Injury Team and help people who have suffered amputations and multiple injuries including all sorts of orthopaedic injuries.
I have been working in the law since 1996 and qualified as a solicitor in 1999. I specialise in helping those injured in the workplace and have experience of claims arising in most types of work environment (ranging from building sites, factories, steelworks to office environments). My aim not only to obtain compensation for their injuries, but also to enable people to access rehabilitation to assist them in getting their condition to the best it can be.
I also have an interest in psychological injuries and have appeared on Panorama discussing the impact of psychological injuries such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I also represent the families of those involved in fatal workplace accidents.
I am an APIL Accredited Senior Litigator.
Outside of work I spend a lot of time standing around (cold) football pitches watching my son’s team play. I also enjoy eating out, cinema and school mums’ book club (also known as wine club).
