I have been a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme since 2010, and I am a former member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel (2006-2011).  I also hold Senior Litigator status with APIL.  I have been working with injured clients for the whole of my career, originally solely those injured as a result of accidents and over the last 19 years I have worked for clients injured as a result of medical/clinical negligence.  My aim is to provide a voice for those injured as the result of medical negligence, to help them obtain answers when otherwise actions might go unaccounted for and the compensation needed to put them back in the position they would have been if the  negligence had not occurred.

I have always represented clients in all areas of medical negligence but I have a specialist interest in acquired brain injury, including cerebral palsy (birth or neonatal injury ) claims, spinal injury- especially cauda equina, delay in diagnosis of cancer and erb's palsy claims.
