About Marion Voss
Marion Voss is a Principal Specialist Asbestos Lawyer at Thompsons Solicitors.
Working from the Leeds office, Marion belongs to Thompsons’ national team of industrial disease solicitors.
She has worked for Thompsons since 1998, and specialises in asbestos claims, including mesothelioma claims, asbestosis claims and asbestos-related lung cancer claims.
Heading up a regional team of asbestos-related disease experts, Marion has run complex cases worth hundreds of thousands of pounds. She secured a substantial out-of-court settlement for the family of a cleaner who was exposed to asbestos in building debris and developed mesothelioma as a result. She also supported the widow of a 62-year-old grandfather who died just weeks after being diagnosed with an asbestos-related disease.
Marion is recognised as a specialist asbestos litigator, occupational disease solicitor and senior litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel.
