About Mark Robinson
I am a Partner at Hugh James in Manchester and for over 16 years have represented children and adults with life changing injuries including brain and spinal injuries, severe orthopaedic and amputations. I also represent clients who lack capacity to litigate and manage finances.
I studied Law with Criminology (Dual Honours) at Keele University and continued my education by gaining my LPC and LLM in Legal Practice Management at Staffordshire University. I joined Potter Rees Dolan (now Hugh James) in 2018 as a Solicitor in the Serious Injury Team, progressing to Senior Asscoiate in 2023 and Partner in 2024.
I am regularly instructed in the most complex and high value of cases and where other solicitors have refused to act. I appreciate that clients who find themselves in such a position require empathy, care and support given their past experiences and vulnerabilities. This is the reason I aspired to become a solicitor to help people in their genuine time of need.
I am an accredited Senior Litigator with APIL and recommended in Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 Directory as 'an expert serious injury lawyer who stands out for his work on claims relating to motorcycle accidents.'
'He is tenacious but realistic on behalf of very vulnerable clients.'
'He is sensible, responsive and clearly out to get the best for his clients.'
