About Michael Pace

Michael is a past President of the Lincolnshire Law Society. He is a partner and head of the Personal Injury and Motor Law Team at Andrew & Co LLP. He has experience of both claimant personal injury work and defendant criminal motor law cases. Michael is accredited as a Fellow of the Association of Person Injury Lawyers. He acts as a consultant to a number of law firms on anti money laundering issues and personal injury trusts. A one-time police officer, driving instructor and advanced motorcyclist, he is a regular speaker on motoring matters as well as a trainer for APIL on a number of subjects.

Past injury claims include -

 a head injured client who was involved in a single vehicle accident when his car left the road due to resurfacing work leaving an excess of chippings - total value of claim was £2.2 million.

claim for a mother who witnessed her deceased daughters body still in the car at the scene of an accident.

serious leg injury to a motorcyclist which settled for £80k after taking over the claim from her  insurance appointed solicitors who valued it at £20k.
