About Michelle Cresswell

Michelle is a Senior Associate Solicitor at CFG Law, having joined as a trainee solicitor in 2007. She deals with many complex accident claims, including occupiers’ liability claims, road traffic accidents and accidents at work. Having worked at CFG for all of her career, Michelle has developed in her role, and her way of working encompasses what the firm is all about – putting clients’ needs first. Michelle leads a team of subtle brain injury solicitors. Her work involves implementing head injury pathways, with the aim of ensuring clients gain access to early clinical assessment and intervention and put in place an appropriate treatment plan at the earliest convenience. Subtle brain injuries can often be misdiagnosed or misunderstood, yet the symptoms people can suffer from are far from subtle. Michelle ensures our clients have access to the support and treatment they need following injury, and which can very often be difficult to access otherwise.
