Moira is a Litigation Partner and leads Digby Brown's Serious Injury Department.  She has a specialist interest in personal injury cases involving brain and spinal injury.  She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as specialist in Personal Injury Law and is also accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers as a Senior Litigator.  She is a Partner of Digby Brown LLP, Scotland's largest litigation firm.  Moira often presents on topics such as Rehabilitation within the Litigation Process, Incapacity and the Law, and the Cost of Care in Catastrophic Injury Cases.  Moira has previously co-authored a Headway publication entitled "Claiming Compensation After Head Injury in Scotland".  Moira has been involved in pursuing claims for damages, not only in Scotland, but also in Europe and in North America.
