I am an Associate Solicitor Advocate specialising in medical negligence claims. I've worked in the area of medical negligence since 2010.
I'm a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and I have been accredited as a Senior Litigator. I also have Higher Rights of Audience, which lets me represent my clients in the Highest Courts in England and Wales.
I help people across the entire field of medical negligence including:
- Birth injuries
- Delays in diagnosis
- Spinal injuries
- Cardiology
- Surgical negligence
- Sepsis
I have a particular interest in cases relating to ‘never events’, fatalities and inquests, ophthalmology, sepsis and paediatric cases.
