Parbeen is a Partner and Birth Injury Solicitor at Fletchers, where she has been a valued member of the firm since April 2018. She qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has since specialised in representing Claimants in catastrophic and high-value clinical negligence claims.
Over the past several years, Parbeen has dedicated her practice exclusively to birth injury litigation, with a particular focus on cases involving hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), cerebral palsy, hypoglycaemic insult, encephalitis, and other complex neurological conditions. Her expertise and commitment to achieving justice for families affected by avoidable birth injuries led to her promotion to Partner in August 2025, where she now leads a dedicated birth injury team.
Parbeen acts for clients in maximum severity birth injury claims, often valued between £5 million and £20+ million in the High Court. She is recognised for her industrious attention to detail, perseverance, analytical ability, and exceptional client care.
