About Phoebe Osborne

Phoebe Osborne is an APIL accredited asbestos and occupational disease Senior Litigator and Associate Solicitor.

Phoebe is recognised by the Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer. In 2019 she was commended as being “very experienced in asbestos claims - very conscientious - will go the extra mile” and in 2018 “she is extremely thorough and fights her client’s corner very hard”.

Alongside her legal work, she chaired the Anglia Asbestos Disease Support Group (AADSG), monthly meetings in Norfolk and Suffolk for patients and carers with asbestos diseases from 2016-2021, latterly via zoom due to the COVID19 pandemic.

Brian Wallis the Founder of AADSG and Ambassador for Mesothelioma UK (MUK) commended Phoebe for being instrumental in fundraising for the MUK/AADSG nurses fund, with many of her past and present clients donating to the cause.

As a fierce litigator with industrial disease litigation experience dating back to 2003, Phoebe prides herself on her ability to work hard to secure justice for her clients, receiving consistent 5 star Review Solicitor reviews from her clients upon conclusion of their claims.

In recent years she has secured future immunotherapy and non-NHS private medical treatment costs for clients and seeks to settle claims expeditiously. She continues to recover hospice fees for local hospices and is an active supporter of many local charities in the region.

In addition to her vocational and charity endeavours, Phoebe seeks to raise awareness for those affected by asbestos, via her impressive social media presence, she also regularly features in the press and local radio including, ITV and BBC Radio Norfolk and she was Vice President of the Cambridge Law Society between 2017-20.

Phoebe is based in Cambridge but travels across the East Anglian region supporting her clients, offering home visits and assists with benefit applications in addition to civil legal claims.
