About Robert Kernaghan
I graduated from University of Dundee in 1999, leaving with an MA, an LLB and Diploma and joined Digby Brown as a trainee.
I work in the Dundee office of Digby Brown and deal with a broad range of personal injury matters, including workplace, road traffic cases, product liability and general accidents.
I also deal with professional negligence cases involving personal injury disputes.
I have extensive experience of litigation in both the sheriff court and the Court of Session.
I am accredited by APIL at Senior Litigator level and also accredited as a specialist in personal injury by the Law Society of Scotland.
